in person training

  • One to one

Exercise motives vary greatly, and it’s important to see these as positive drivers which help to influence how we train together. I describe my training style as holistic, and I try my utmost to be as adaptable as possible as consistency is key. If your plan is too rigid and becomes unmanageable it can be demotivating, but it doesn’t have to be this way. I know how impossible it sometimes feels as a mum trying to stay on top of exercise. This is why I spend time really getting to know you, your body and your lifestyle so we can work together towards the things you want to achieve.

  • buddy training

All the benefits of bespoke training whilst hanging out with your best friend and at half the cost - what’s not to love?! I love these sessions just as much as my clients do. Buddy training can be a great way of holding yourself, and each other, accountable to your exercise goals. If you and a friend have been contemplating personal training but the investment might be a stretch too far, this can be a great (and fun) solution to getting back into training and setting some realistic and attainable goals.
